Chikau is on the Top

The Goalkeeper of Tupuji Imere Football Club, Mr Chikau Mansale will become a top goalkeeper in the selection of the Vanuatu Squad going down for the Pacific Games in samoa. Young 24th year old Chikau has been awarded the best goalkeeper of the OFC Beach Soccer tournament in Tahiti last year and this year he has won the heart of the OFC technical officials during the OFC beach soccer tournament in Auckland New Zealand and again was awarded the best goal keeper.
The Star Goal Keeper of Vanuatu, Mr Chikau Mansale made his first tour with the Vanuatu Squad to
Noumea, New Caledonie last month. There the national team of Vanuatu played a friendly match against the national team of New caledonie where Chikau performed very well as a goal keeper. He showed his skill by saving the Vanuatu goal from a penalty shot as well as keeping the Vanuatu goal from the direct shoots made by the New Caledonie Squad strikers.
His outstanding performance confirmed to the VFF Coaching Staff that he is surely the one to be in the final list to go to the SPG. Mansale’s dream is for
Vanuatu to be in the list for the qualifying round for the finals in this year’s South Pacific Games.
