Tafea confident to beat Ba before his home crowd

Tafea-Training.jpgTafea FC went through though training, during past weeks, to take on Ba on Wednesday 20 February at the Port Vila Municipal Stadium.  Tafea team Manager, Stevens Felix told Vanuafoot.com that his boys would not let the Fiji Champion Club to beat them in front heir home crowd. It will be the first time for Tafea to play an O’league competition in Vanuatu thanks to the change of competition format.
Training session for Tafea that started in 15 January is schedules for every days Monday to Saturday to allow Tafea boys to warming up as their match with Ba will be a National event in Vanuatu.
Vanuatu football is actually in off season that’s why we must push very strong to carry out our daily trainings as to enable players stay always fit. We are appealing our former coach and President of Port Vila Football League to assist us on technical and tactical training. Tafea Squad is looking confident despite the departure of two of our players, because they decided to go work in New Zealand”, stated Mr., Felix.
Tafea return matches with Ba and Kossa were very important to qualify for the Grand final and to find the
Oceania representative at the FIFA Club World Cup. The Tafea team Manager thanks sponsors who are willing to assist the Squad and welcome news sponsors who wish to contribute.
